We are always accepting sponsors for our event!
To place an ad, just send your artwork to Beth, who is also happy to answer any questions or concerns. All artwork and payments for program ads MUST be submitted by March 1st. Because of the printing turnaround times, we cannot guarantee placement of program ads or changes after this date. Once you send Beth your artwork, she will tell you how you can send your payment.
Our Program:
We produce an event guide which is handed out to our attendees. The program book is 8.5″x5.5″. Advertising specs and rates are as follows, and each print ad will also receive a “Sponsor” link on our website. All ads must be 300dpi at the given size. Almost any format is fine.
Last year, we also began producing a downloadable PDF version in full color, with active hyperlinks that can be viewed on your smartphone or tablet. Your program ad will appear in both versions.
Business cards are considered as 1/4 page horizontal.

Website links and banners will remain on our site until October, when they’ll be replaced with the sponsors for the next year.
