The Magickal Marketplace will be running from Friday, March 28, through Sunday, March 30, 2025.
In order to provide the best possible selection of vendors and services to our patrons, the MMPF is a juried event. Our reader spaces are filled to capacity every year, and we have always maintained a waiting list. Please fill out the application below to be considered for the Marketplace. The website and description you enter willl be used for our website and event program- Please refer to our style guide for best practices. We reserve the right to edit for length or content. The more accurate the information provided, the better equipped we will be to evaluate your application.
Reader spaces include a 6′ table and 3 chairs. We will be giving preference to readers who can do all three days, following by those who can do both Saturday and Sunday. We may have spaces open for single day applicants, but it’s not guaranteed.
Our prices for 2025 were as follows:
Both Days: $125, Saturday Only: $80, Sunday Only: $70
Each spot will be supplied with one 6′ table and 3 chairs.
Readers may set their own price and appointment length. A table will be set up for appointments with a signup sheet for each reader. Attendees will simply sign up for the person and time slot they desire. One of our staff members will attend this table and point people towards their chosen reader at the appropriate time. You will collect the money from the client, yourself, at the time of their reading.
Applications for 2025 must be received by December 1, 2024. We will announce our vendor selections a little later that month, at which point you will have two weeks to pay your table fee by check or PayPal, or your space will be given to the next applicant on the waiting list. Between that and cancellations, we always end up pulling a few people from the wait list. So don’t give up hope if you don’t make the initial cut.
